Mike, Meghan, and Nolan -

I just can’t tell you how much I love the work that was done at my house by Fichtner.  The guys you have working for you are a true asset to your company.  They are all extremely nice and are very hard workers.  They know what they are doing and they go non-stop from the time they get here until the job is complete and that includes the cleaning up of everything.  You would never know that they had been here working all day if you didn’t see them actually doing it.

Mike – as always you came through and listened to what I wanted and gave me that.  Nolan – you were terrific in everything that you did -  you got the guys started and tried to get me everything I needed and asked for plus went running around to get parts when they were needed.  And Meghan – you were always so cheerful and pleasant to talk with about scheduling and rescheduling.  I was a real pain to work with and you were all so patient with me.

I plan to send you pictures of a before and after, but the pictures haven’t all been put on my computer yet so I will probably not be able to get to doing that until next week.

Once again though “THANK YOU” for everything you did.  I will highly recommend your company to others.  And I do plan to go to your website and write a review.
