Dear Valued Customers,
Fichtner Services has and will continue to monitor all developments in regards to the increase in cases of COVID-19 within our operating area. As the number of cases rise within the state of Maryland, Fichtner Services is committed to continuing business operations going forward in the safest ways possible. As Governor Larry Hogan has reinstituted certain restrictions, we are continuing our modified business structure with the utmost precaution. We will continue following the same COVID-19 protocols as have been in place since the beginning of the pandemic. We are following the most up-to-date health and safety precautions to the strictest degree in order to keep our employees and customers protected from health concerns of any kind.
These health and safety precautions include…
- Our workers will still be performing interior work. This will require complete separation between employees and customers to ensure all health concerns are nonexistent.
- Our estimators will still be entering customers’ homes, on a very limited and socially distanced basis.
- Contactless estimates are being transferred to customers digitally.
- Our offices are being disinfected as diligently as possible and hand sanitizer and handwashing are still paramount.
- Employees are not entering stores for supplies, food, etc., unless absolutely necessary.
- Anyone who is exhibiting any signs, or has been around someone with signs, of COVID-19 is not allowed to come into the office or to any jobsite that we may occupy.
- Face masks and coverings are being required for all employees while anywhere on company or homeowner properties.
- All PPE proven effective to combat the spread of COVID-19 are available to all employees at any time.
Until the COVID-19 pandemic has officially ended, these health and safety measures will remain in place. We are devoted to providing the best possible customer service during these trying times. We thank you all for your continued support of Fichtner Services, and hope that you and your families have remained safe and healthy.
Sincerely,
Tom Fichtner
