"I was impressed with Scott and Christine from the very beginning. They answered my phone calls immediately and answered all questions I had. The day the team showed up, the supervisor, Ray introduced himself to me and explained what would be happening from start to finish. He told me to feel free to ask any questions during the process. I needed additional materials and Ray explained why this was and offered to show me pictures. The materials arrived immediately. The team was incredible. Once they started working they just kept going at it and finished by the end of the day. They cleaned up the entire space ensuring no nails or materials were left on the ground. The next day the crane arrived to haul away the dumpster and did another cleaning. WOW is all I can say. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed by Fichtner! "So far so good. Just got new gutters! Most reasonably priced I found in the area. Very responsive to my calls, emails and very friendly. My only regret is that I wish I could buy a new roof and siding from them tomorrow! They will be the first I call when I do! They took loved my little doggies too! What impressed me the most is not only their prices, but how they never tried to "up-sell" me with BS. It took me almost a year to pull the trigger on the gutter service and they were low-pressure the entire time. Very low maintenance and easy experience. "I did my research before choosing a roofing contractor. (6-7 estimates) I got a new roof plus gutters and downspouts. Let me save you some time... go with Fichtner!! I'll explain why. They use quality GAF materials and are a MASTER ELITE installer. Their prices are very competitive. Their workers are experienced and good at what they do! They are honest. Zero sales pressure. I only had the loss of my driveway for a day (townhouse) because they bring a truck w/a dumpster on the back and get rid of the debris very quickly! They did the work within the estimated timeframe, and customer service is very important to them. Of note, they were the ONLY company that suggested I NOT get gutter guards on the front of my house. (Less money for them!). I had to do it with the roof design; heavy rain would be too much for my gutter guards on my house and NO other company brought that up. My estimator, Steve, was very honest, knew his stuff, and he's a former Marine so he's a good guy all-around. To their credit, they custom-cut the drip-edge for me so that it would look good with the crown molding on my house. Also, the gutters they install are seamless - so there's less chance of gutter leaks. In addition, everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly and professional. Lastly, they even put new shingles on a small area off of my deck which was unexpected. Overall this experience was a breeze, the work was done exactly as they said it would be done, cleanup was very good! (Please note, magnetic rakes are not perfect, no matter who uses them...), and the results were fantastic!! I'm extremely happy with the work and I am very glad I chose Fichtner Services."
