Referring our friends and neighbors to Fichtner Services was an easy decision. Our first experience was over a year ago when we had a small leak and an issue with our old rain gutters. They came out within a week of our call, gave us an estimate and did the repair the same day. When we had problems this year they came out right away, advised us it was time for a new roof and gave us a written estimate. Unknown to any of us, there was a leak behind some flashing that had allowed water to leak into our attic insulation, so a week after receiving the estimate, the ceiling in our living room collapsed at 4:30 AM. We called Fichtner Services to see if there was anything they could do for us. Within an hour we had 2 crews making temporary repairs inside and outside to prevent any additional problems until the roof was replaced, and this was before we had even signed a contract. We have our new roof, gutters, gutter guards and our living room ceiling replaced and painted. Hard to believe there is anyone who could beat their customer service, the bonus is they are very reasonably priced.
