Fichtner Services has been monitoring the developments regarding the global spread of COVID-19 and its impact locally. We are trying to navigate this crisis as responsibly as possible in order to keep our employees and customers safe. We are in a line of work that requires us in some cases to get repairs and replacements done for the health and well-being of our customers and their homes.
We are fortunate that our work is mainly outside on the exterior of homes and businesses and therefore feel that we can continue working with safety measures in place.
Some of our initiatives include:
Our workers will not be entering customers’ homes. Any scheduled interior work will be rescheduled until clearer guidelines for COVID-19 have been issued by the government.
Our estimators will not be entering customers’ homes. Any paperwork and estimates will be generated and sent digitally.
Our offices are being disinfected as diligently as possible and hand sanitizer and handwashing are paramount.
Employees are not entering stores for supplies, food, etc., unless absolutely necessary.
Anyone who is exhibiting any signs, or has been around someone with signs, of COVID-19 is not allowed to come into the office. So far, none of our employees have been affected and we pray this remains the case.
It is our intention to keep operations going for as long as possible with these practices in place, and we remain committed to providing you with the best customer service possible during this challenging time. We hope that you and your families are safe and thank you for your loyalty and support.
Fichtner is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. What they quoted is what I paid. Crew showed up at 7:00 am and left at 8:00 pm. Job done perfectly. Came back next morning for final clean up and inspection. I can’t think of one thing they could have done better.
