Even after the job was over, he checked to make sure we were happy with the outcome and had any other questions or concerns. The crew had an amazing work ethic. They rotated eating lunch on an individual basis so that the majority of the crew was always working on the roof. It was amazing the watch!
Our huge roof was finished in two full days of work. Furthermore, they cleaned up after themselves and left the yard and deck even better than they found it! Eduardo, the roof supervisor, made sure the installation was perfectly executed and the product inspected every step of the way. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.
We chose the GAF shingles because they were just architecturally beautiful and well made shingles. They came with the Golden Pledge Warranty which assures us that our roof will be guaranteed during our lifetime in this home. And we were so very impressed with the larger ridge caps that give our home a new decorative design while still being functional
Every department at Fichtner wanted to be sure I was happy and satisfied with the work or they would come back and address any problem I might still have. Fortunately, the job was so well done that I was completely satisfied when they left the driveway. And just to thank me one last time, a few weeks later, I found a gift at my front door, their signature black and red umbrella!!
