Crownsville Modern Home gets a Facelift!
From top to bottom, this Crownsville modern-style home received a new, sleek, updated look. The homeowners chose colors that brightened up the homes exterior, as well as materials that are low-maintenance and will last a long time. The roof is a GAF Timberline in Oyster Gray with an upgraded System Plus warranty for added peace of mind. Fichtner Services also removed the dark, rotting wood siding and installed James Hardie Fiber Cement, utilizing both Board and Batten and Lap style in Monterey Taupe with complementing trim in Sailcloth.
New oversized Almond gutters and Clay downspouts blend in nicely with the new siding. Lastly, the homeowners added a beautiful stone veneer to the entryway and foundation which nicely ties together the earthy tones of the roof and siding. The end result is a gorgeous home that is brighter with clean lines and neutral tones that blends in perfectly with its wooded setting.
